Business & Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

Full-time, permanent

Responsibilities:

• Develop and define the New Business & New Product Portfolio growth strategy.
• Deliver a pipeline of new products in the core and new categories.
• Analyze markets and competitive environments to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation projects from conceptual ideation to project approval.
• Generate consumer and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product profiles and formulation briefs in collaboration with project management and teams.
• Define & consolidate business cases and present projects to the executive management.
• Provide consultancy and support for market launches and project executions in local markets.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role within the Consumer Healthcare sector (OTC/OTX), preferably also Rx and FMCG experience.
• Extensive experience in new product development from a commercial and marketing perspective and proven track record in building new product portfolios.
• Excellent knowledge of the international competitive landscape and consumer/HCP needs in the OTC/OTX, preferably also Rx and FMCG Healthcare sectors.
• Fundamental business development experience with external suppliers and licensors.
• Experience managing stakeholders and decision-making bodies at a senior level.
• Strong marketing, strategic, analytic and creative skills, completed with outstanding management and communication skills in cross-functional teams. 
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
