To strengthen our successful team, we are currently looking for a
Supply Chain Project Coordinator (m/f/d) - Product & Process Support
(full-time) who lives in the Munich area
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage innovation projects within Supply Chain, from planning through implementation.
- Define, create, and track project plans, including timelines, milestones and deadlines in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare preliminary ICP calculations and define price ceilings for packaging, bulk, and confectioning considering defined margins
- Identify risks at an early stage, and proactively support problem-solving.
- Coordinate secondary packaging projects (e.g. folding boxes, set packaging), including briefing, concepts, cost calculations, and timelines.
- Act as a central interface between Product Development, Marketing, Graphics, Purchasing, suppliers, and assemblers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions.
- Prepare preliminary cost calculations based on quotas and support project handover to Purchasing through to goods receipt.
- Support the Process Innovation Manager in innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial or technical education or equivalent professional experience in project coordination, supply chain, or a related field.
- Very good written and spoken English and German, at least C1 level.
- Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Structured and organized way of working with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate timelines across multiple projects.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player who enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams.
