To support our team we are looking for a

Storytelling & Culture Working Student (m/f/d) 

for the Munich location - fixed-term for up to 24 months, ideally 20 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work cross-functionally with the digital and innovation team to develop fully integrated 360 briefs and communication plans.
• Act as brand guardian to ensure creative consistency across all communications channels and markets.
• Communicate with agency partners in the day-to-day project management of creative and influencer campaigns, as well as always-on content and community management (IG, FB, LinkedIn).
• Work closely with local markets in sharing centrally developed global ideas, continuously helping to integrate their input and insights into global work.
• Support in organizing press and influencer events for new launches to generate buzz and coverage.

YOUR PROFILE

• Marketing and/or Communications student
• Strong knowledge and proficiency of social media platforms and tools
• Fluent in German and English. French would be a plus
• Clear communicator
• Strong creative flair
• Structured thinking
• Solid Team player
• Comfortable being hands on 
• Takes accountability
