To support our team we are looking for an experienced

Quality Manager m/f/d 

in full-time for our Munich location (partly remote working possible)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the quality management with all necessary SOPs (create, release and regularly review documents, issue quality reports) 
• Inform and support responsible persons (EU and Asia as a focus)
• Manage the complaint management system 
• Work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to prevent quality issues 
• Ensure Cosmetic GMP requirements 
• Lead quality process improvements and create relevant processes as well as related projects
• Set up, lead and manage a supplier qualification system
• Perform necessary audits 
• Ensure clear and transparent documentation 

YOUR BUY-IN

• Master degree in science food chemistry or cosmetic technology
• 5 years experience in premium or luxury cosmetics, ideally in quality management 
• Passion for premium or luxury cosmetic products
• Fluent English as a must, German or French desirable
• Structural & analytical thinking
• Process management
• Integration of cross-functional organizations
• Efficient communicator  
• Strong teamplayer
• Extended “Can-Do” mentality 
• Being proactive
