Packaging Design & Execution Coordinator (m/f/d)
(full-time) who lives in the Munich area
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Artwork Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end artwork development for packaging projects.
- Coordinate artwork adaptations to meet regulatory, sustainability, and marketing requirements.
- Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality standards delivery of all artwork projects.
- Act as key contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Review artwork proofs & preproduction samples, and support final implementation with manufacturing partners.
Process Management & Documentation
- Maintain and continuously improve artwork coordination processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, approval tracking, version control, and accessibility of approved files.
- Manage tracking tools and ensure transparency on project status and timely sharing of finalized artworks with all relevant stakeholders.
Packaging Design
- Maintain packaging design standards and guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all packaging.
- Contribute to packaging creative design concept development and their translation into technically feasible and sustainable packaging solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree or vocational qualification in Packaging, Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field, with a relevant professional experience in packaging artwork coordination, packaging design, print production, or a comparable role.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken; French is a plus.
