 In our Munich headquarters, we are looking for an experienced

Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d) 

YOUR TASKS
•    Develop, establish and manage a best-in-class cross-country and cross-channel customer service
•    Design and optimize B2B, B2B2C and DTC operational processes
•    Build and maintain an effective international team 
•    Lead and develop all country customer service team members
•    Digitalize, design, improve and document customer service processes 
•    Implement ERP-Workflows and an efficient master data handling
•    Create, optimise, and train SAP SD as well as our future CRM system
•    Act as the decision maker for key accounts, escalations, and complaints

YOUR BUY-IN
•    At least 5 years professional experience in customer service management and ideally key account management  
•    Excellent communication including good presentation skills, strong team player mindset
•    Fluent in English and good German language skills
•    Confident in Microsoft Office and SAP (ideally R3/S4HANA)
•    Good understanding of the B2B, B2B2C, and DTC models
•    Passion for and ideally know how of cosmetics and premium products and markets
